We've had Lynn's Heating come to our home a few times to inspect and service our furnace, and our AC. Today, knowing our hot water tank was getting old, we decided we would install an electric one. Doing my job as a consumer, I phoned three places for quotes. Lynn's came in at the best price and their down-to-earth professionalism can NOT be topped.
Called at 6:55 am, Rachel answered, told her our problem, she got Dallas to call and leave a message as we were going out for a bit. Message said they would be here around 9:00 am. Mark showed up at the said time. He was very pleasant, fixed the air conditioner and was done by 10:30 am. Wonderful service! We highly recommend them, it is the second time we get them and service is without a doubt,the best!
Our furnace is running louder than usual, just at the beginning of the cycle. I called the company that had done previous cleanings on my furnace, and they said it was probably the motor and to replace it would cost around $700 for a rebuilt one or $900 for a new one, and also suggested instead of putting money out on a 10-year-old furnace I should just buy a whole new furnace for between $4000 or $5000. I thought I had better do some research and get another opinion. So I Googled furnace repair and Lynn's was one of the first suggestions that came up. I looked through reviews on Better Business Bureau and reviews on their website and found Lynn's to be the most respected. I phoned Lynn's and spoke with Dallas and told him what was happening. He told me he would come to my home and check it out. He came over and tested the components of the furnace and said the motor was fine, that this type of motor can start to run a bit louder, and actually when you are standing in front of the furnace during its run cycle, it’s not as loud, it only sounds louder when you are upstairs. He explained that the sound resonates through the duct work and that is why it sounds louder upstairs. He actually explained everything he was testing as he went through his service. He reassured me that everything would be OK, but if the louder sound continued to bother me too much to call him back and we would find another solution. It's nice to find a company that you know isn't going to sell you something you don't really need and also let you know they are just a phone call away and always willing to help. Thank you, Dallas for taking time to help us with our furnace concerns and giving us peace of mind.
I've had dealings with Sam, Dallas, and now even Bruce, and aside from sparing you the details of my plumbing problems at home - the most important thing I can say is , I will be recommending Lynn's to friends and family. 1) I had no issue bringing these guys into my home, they were polite, friendly, and very professional, and 2) they actually cared about solving my problems and treated me like I was their own friend or family. It's also worth mentioning 3) they showed up not only on Christmas eve on one occasion, but were also able to give me a specific window of time (45 minutes) when they would be there - I appreciated that almost above all else!
Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed my furnace and replaced my thermostat and even showed me how to operate the new one - I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Thanks for all your help Dallas.
I attempted to change my hot water tank and got into a bit of trouble installing the new one. A quick call to Lynn's and pretty quick I had a call from Dallas who came over and gave me a hand. Incredible service and great rate. Hard to find this kind of service these days. Fantastic!
I had a problem with a blocked floor drain this morning (the flood protection device failed). I was so impressed with how promptly Lynn's sent Dallas to deal with this problem. He was courteous, explained everything and was very pleasant to deal with. I'm glad Alan recommended you. I can only compare this to my call to Roto-Rooter this morning; they were unable to send anyone until this evening. Thanks!
Thanks to Dallas and his team for an excellent experience with our furnace replacement. Great price, great workmanship and over the top customer service. Dallas left more than adequate heaters to keep us warm until they came to put in the new furnace (it was almost too hot in the house)! Checked in multiple times to make sure we were comfortable, and kept me very informed as to install times and when the parts were ordered. I am very glad that I was recommended to give you a call. “I was so impressed with Lynn’s; it was amazing. They came, replaced my furnace, and cleaned my air conditioner for free. They also placed large tarps down so they wouldn’t get my carpet dirty and also cleaned and took away all garbage. Amazing work ethic and skill. Then they came back when a hose was plugged on my air conditioner and fixed it for free!!! I live in St. Andrews and normally am charged a fortune for service calls, but like I said, this company is truly amazing and I am beyond impressed.”

Woke up on a chilly morning to my furnace not pumping any heat. Gave Lynn's a call and within an hour I had Dallas over fixing the problem in no time. Great service from a great company. Won't need to call anyone else. Highly recommended!
